Manor is located along US Hwy. 290, 12 miles east of downtown Austin and is part of the Austin-Round Rock metropolitan area. According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 7.35 square miles, all of it land. The population was 5,037 at the 2010 census. Manor is one of the faster-growing suburbs of Austin.
